just changed dirty oil 2 days past.today the car starts to jerk

just changed dirty oil , car smokes on rev, jerks and is lazy its a 2,5 lit engine Nissan altima

What type of oil went into the engine, it should be regular oil  and the its level should be check and if necessary corrected,

​ Here is a typical MAF sensor, if there is a torn or open this would cause a false air leak , if small enough the ECM can compensate for it but can set a P1148 or P1031 this are should be looked into
