Ford E-250 2006 OBD 2 Reads Er Pr

Question

My OBD 2 code reader only shows  Er Pr on screen when connected to My 2006 Ford Van 4.6 Liter  The Light came on this morning. All fluids are up. Engine Runs Fine. Replaced Batteries in code reader and checked on Buick. Code reader reads fine. Retry on ford still reads Er Pr  No info in Book?

Check the cigarette lighter function, The power to the cigarette lighter is shared with the  OBD II power, If the fuse for the cigarette lighter is open replace the fuse. By the way the ER PR means no power
