This code has no real affect on the way the car runs. This code only means the computer didn't complete all of the diagnostic tests when the car was running. This can pop up due to the battery being disconnected or if any codes were cleared with a scan tool. You can clear this code and continue to drive the car, eventually the computer will run all of it's diagnostic tests.
