P0123 Throttle position sensor circuit "A" circuit high input

No, this would not  be because of a vacuum leak, vacuum leak you would set a MAF (mass air flow ) range performance or a lean Bank code, circuit high is a failed connection either with the sensor  internally or externally of the TPS sensor

ok I have checked the tps on inside of pigtail  got 5.0 which is the norm I got some needle's and plugged pigtail back in and and back checked  I got nothing on the ohm meter natta so is this telling me the tps is bad ? and I forgot got a p0122 also low I have checked the pigtail and what little wiring from the main wirer wrap I didn't see any thing wrong. and im fighting it sound like an vacuum leak  but nothing on the checker no code on anything that's leaking and I have searched every where I have sprayed  carb cleaner and get no nothing from spraying
