P0440 JEEP - does it cause headlights to flickering off an on

could P0440-code cause flickering headlights?

This will not cause any issues with the headlights. The P0440 is an evap system code and has nothing to do with the lights. With the light issue I would check the switch and front end module as well as grounds for problems.
