P20EE Ford - Need help what this code mean?

Need help with P20EE Ford code, seems no one in South Australia knows what this code is for; apparently it should not come up as a code in my vehicle (Everest Trend 2016) which is only 9 months old but has been in the shop for 6 months of those.

Only 11k on odometer.  Was advised it was fuel contamination after 8 weeks diagnosis, cost $15k to repair and the code appears 400 km's after picking it up.

I am at my wits end.

There right it is fuel contamination, drain the diesel exhaust fluid from the tank , there are test strip paper to measure the quality
