P0446 CHEVROLET - is this an easy do it yourself part. not quite sure where it is?

where is the evap canister on a 2002 chevy suburban 1500? how easy of a do it yourself part is this? what do i need to fix it?

This code is usually a result of a faulty vent control valve. On this vehicle it's under the truck where the cross member for the transmission is, mounted on the frame with a hose connecting it to the canister.
