Vehicle is 03 Passat v6 manual with 6 codes: P0101, P0102, P171, P0174, P0491 P0492.

Question

Another code I have is P0507 but I think it's unrelated. Any help on narrowing down the problem(s) would be very much appreciated. Thanks. :-l

P0101, 102,171 and 174 are all related. The 101 and 102 codes are for a faulty mass air flow sensor. When driving with a faulty maf sensor, eventually you will get the lean fuel mix codes, P0171 and P0174. Most likely replacing the maf will resolve these 4 codes.

P0491 and P0492 are secondary air pump function low on bank 1 and bank 2. These might be a result of a faulty air pump or possibly the issue with the mass air flow sensor. I think I would replace the maf sensor, then clear all codes and see what comes back.
