P0134 KIA - 06 sorento

Question

I replaced the O2 sensor with a universal sensor( bank 1 sensor 1) I checked all connections and cleaned them checked throttle boot for leaks, took the sensor off checked the wireing again,reinstalled it i reset th innova 3100 and I am still getting code PO134 HO2S-11 (Bank 1 Sensor 1) No Activity Detected . Could this be the universal O2sensor/ Should I get a orginal replacement? HELP PLEASE
