Recently purchased at auction, car sat for one month,so far changed oil and filter,drain and refill tranny fluid,brakes and rotors all around ,checked fluid in radiator,reset radio.No jumping or misfiring when changing gears, No stopping at lights or when on freeway.Service Engine Light is on after I reset it stays off until I reach over 65.It takes sometimes twice when turning the key over in the ignition.

P0740 Torque convertor clutch circuit malfunction

This is a common code for Honda / Acura. Your not going to feel any drivability problem when this code is set, You can replace the TCC solenoid, but in many cases it the torque convertor. Because this is a auction vehicle, you can try this drain the transmission fluid and use Acura approved transmission fluid, it would take one hundred miles just to determine if the fluid worked.
