Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow, what caused this on my 2008 GMC Envoy?

The check engine light code is P0411 which is the incorrect flow for the secondary air injection system. What are some causes for this and how do I correct it?

Vehicle: 2008 GMC Envoy 4x4

P0411 Secondary air injection system incorrect airflow detected

Power supply or the relay that turns on the secondary air injection. if that relays fails even intermitently it fails to turn of the secondary air pump and the air solenoid
