These codes can be the result of several things. First, if the fuel pressure regulator has failed or is leaking fuel into the fuel mixture it will be rich. Both of the front O2 sensors could be failing and causng the rich fuel mixture. Could be a dirty air filter not allowing the car to get enough air into the fuel mixture or a faulty mass air flow sensor.
