Car is hard to start when engine is in cool temp (may be 27 degre celsius)

Question

Car is hard to start first time of the day or when engine is at cool temp. Once you start, it dies immediately.
To prevent it from dying, I have to press the gas pedal for few seconds after starting.
Please note that the car start normally when the engine is warn. Please help. I have change the pump, camshaft position sensor, nozzle checked. No code shown when scanned.
