05' durango slt 4.7l. Engine,abs and brake lights are all on. codes c1046, p2097

Question

Any help would be great. 05' 4.7 165k miles. Engine code is p2097 and the ABS code is showing c1046. I can not find and info on the abs code on forums, google or the parts store. As for the p2097 code  for post catalyst too rich, I believe I hear an exhaust leak, that could be the culprit correct? Does anyone have any input? Thanks
