Is there a bench test for the MAF sensor on my 2002 Chevy Impala for ohms

replaced connector already for Code P0102 and cleaned MAF Sensor. Also replaced Air Filter and cleaned around PCM and cleaned Air Filter Box. Trying to test MAF off of vehicle with Ohmeter.

There is no specification for a ohms test, the best test is with a labs cope checking the wave for or scant oolong looking in grams per second or frequency test with key engine running should be about 2.0 to 3.0 kHz.
