I have a problem with error code P013b if I change S1 B if done pls

I change my patrol station every day, but I see this table code. I have a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ

P013B H02S slow response lean to rich Bank 1 Sensor 2

That would be the correct location , Sensor 2 is right after the catalytic convertor, When a 02 sensor degrades over time its response time is slower and report slow, and not as fast as it is suppose to be. this is a worn out sensor and its cause by its heater circuit
