my van died and will not start the cooling fan stays on headlights stay on back wiper stays on the van made a funny noise and smelled something burning smoke was in the cab and I found a burnt memory seat module what can I do

The short has to be found , you can disconnect the memory seat module and  check the fuse in the IDM  ( intelligent control module,) replace the open fuse, there check as much of the harness for potential short leading into 5he cooling fan and the headlamp,
