2001 jeep Cherokee with 4.0 PO158 code

I've replaced o2 sensor twice  first a bosch then a ngk still getting the same code

P0158 Bank 2 Sensor 2 02 sensor shorted to voltage

Open the  downstream 02 sensor harness from the connection leading into the downstream 02 sensor, and check the harness there , you can be up against wire rot especially if there is any transmission  oil or power steering leak at the harness connection of the downstream 02 sensor, If allowed to get worse the fuel pump fuse will tend to open as well as the ASD relay to not operate. and create a no start condition
