catalytic bank 1 was replace but engine light came on after 100 miles/ why?

i just replace catalytic converter at manifold and all oxygen sensors. drive 100 miles and engine light came on.

Catalytic convertor at the manifold, and all 02 sensor , this depends on the engine type , if there are three 02 sensor , the catalytic convertor at the manifold is the warmup catalyst, the main catalytic is at the rear or where the third 02 sensor is located underneath the middle car
