for codes 1130 and 1135 upstream and downstream both sensors are replaced. All grounds points are cleaned, all fuses and RF relay has been checked after reseting codes P1130 is coming back

With a scan tool you need to measure the fuel trim reading , a lean running condition will set this code , you already ruled out any possible connection problem if the fuel trim is not within specification either due to low fuel pressure unmeter vacuum leak these two code will set. Also wrong A/F sensor application
