P1130 and P1135 codes on my 2002 toyota camry le, where are they located at on my car?

Recently changed fuel pump. Car still isn't starting. Hooked it up to a scanner and got P1130 and P1135 codes. Where are these located at on my 2002 Toyota Camry LE?

P1130 A/F sensor circuit range performance malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P1135 A/F heater circuit malfunction (Bank1 Sensor 1)

This is for the 02 sensor which is the first one before the catalytic convertor, This may have nothing to do with the no start condition You set this code when the engine is running, One area that you may want to check is the fuse / relay the 02 sensor is powered by the EFI relay which is fused protected, check the fuse for the EFI.
