Which sensor inputs are responsible for generating 2005 Elantra Poo11

Question

Ontario emission test soon and cannot solve a P0011 Over-Advance CEL. I've varied the timing belt position on the exhaust camshaft spocket by a tooth in either direction, but didn't get rid of the CEL. How is P0011 generated and which sensor is responsible, so I could consider substituting from another Elantra to see  if it's a faulty sensor.

How does the vehicle drive at acceleration?  Amy engine noise? , when it comes to a P0011 the oil pressure is checked oil pressure may be responsible for this code condition
