have a 2006 dodge stratus p2074 replace tps still rpm idle high

Question

replaced Battery Starter, now engine started to idle high that required you press brake hard prevent car running into back another car. Looked up code P2074 replace TPS  still no change

P2074 Manifold Absolute pressure sensor / throttle position sensor

Replacing the throttle position sensor or even the MAP sensor is not going to resolve the condition, what happens is there is a vacuum leak that is causing the RPM to go to high .use brake cleaner spray along suspected area when there is a RPM change inspect that area.
