2008 GMC Sierra 4.8L with engine codes P0101 and P0325. What is the meaning of the codes and how do I fix the problem?

P0101 is a code for the mass air flow sensor. Most of the time the sensor is the problem

P0325 is a code for the knock sensor. With this code you need to make sure to clean the engine block where the sensor is bolted on and replace the sensor.
