Ive changed the o2 sensor three times but still have a p0171 code

I've changed the intake gaskets,cam timing sensor,the mass airflow sensor and still get that code .

Check for intake manifold leaks, you may also have low fuel pressure causing the problem. Sometimes, once in a while the rear O2 sensor can cause the problem as well. Timing can also cause this code once in a while.
