p0306 2006 impala ss 5.3L. 12v at coil, but no plug fire.

Question

Replaced coil with same outcome. Injectors are pulsing. Not sure how to check signal from the  ECM or if there is an Ignition module to check.
Only one code

I'm stuck... Please help

P0306 Misfire number 6 cylinder

The best place to check for a ignition pulse is as close to the ECM toward the ECM itself

which is pin 57 of the ECM
