Who should I contact for my matrix 03 with codes P0130,P0133,P0171

Question

My car have been giving me this problem  for a long time and wasn't notify that Toyota had a recall for it.  Now I seen there is one for my car by looking at your page.   I shouldn't pay for this repair.

P0130 Heated oxygen sensor circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1

P0133 Heated oxygen sensor slow response Bank 1 Sensor 1

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

You will have to  pay for this repair do to the age and  year of the vehicle, what happened is the intake manifold gasket has a high tendency to lean in false air creating a lean code condtion P0171 , and a 02 sensor code, Do to wear and tear the 02 sensor may have degraded due to use and time which may need to be replaced, If there a vacuum leak other than the intake manifold gasket that area of concern has to be resolved
