P2134 Throttle/Pedal Pos Sens/Switch F Circ Interm - What does this code mean?

My car continues to give this code and mechanics are unable to fix the problem. What is the meaning of this code and how does it get fixed?

P2134 Throttle pedal position sensor / switch F circuit intermittent

What get missed when this is diagnosed is the 5 volts reference to the TPS sensor it is also shared with the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft position sensor and the MAP sensor, and intermittent short to these sensor will set a P2135 / P2134. More than anything suspect the MAP sensor 5 volts for shorting to its ground
