Help p0745 ?

Had this p0745 before rebuild replace all clutches steels lipseals filter band also a
Rostra soleniod assy all 5 soleniods and torgue converter
I am 100% sure of the grounds inside and outside the transmission all wires look good  what do I need to look at next? Thanks in advance  J.R

P0745 Line pressure solenoid valve

Very rare condition that get missed is the dropping resistor, the dropping resistor is what should be checked , the specification between both terminal is 10 -15 ohms
