Routine Bi-annual Smog check failed with P1130 and P1150, although the Van runs fine with no performance issues. What is the most likely cause of BOTH of these sensors throwing a code at the same time?

P1150 A/F ratio sensor circuit range / performance malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1

P1130 A/F ratio sensor circuit range / performance malfunction Bank  1 Sensor 1

For both the sensor to code up , what they have in common is the A/F heater fuse located in the engine / relay fuse box listed as A/F heater, it also has  A/F Heater relay listed as A/F HTR relay. As a rule of thumb when the front A/F sensor are replaced the A/F relay is also suggested to be replaced also.

I had the same P1150 code in my 2000 Toyota Sienna.  The scanner showed is was Bank 1 sensor 2 but the internet discussed Bank 2 sensor 1 as being defective.  In this case, the internet was RIGHT!  It is Bank 2 sensor 1.  This is important as the sensors for upstream (before the CATs) and downstream (after the CATs) are different.  I changed the Aron sensor initially and paid the price; plugged the CATs and paid $1310 to replace them at a shop!  Yes they were plugged and for a $60-$120 part, I was hosed!! Don’t ignore the check engine light!!
