What's next when P0440 appears again 2-wks after I replaced Canister Closed Valve and fuel cap?

Question

1. I replaced the fuel cap after the first time CEL on with P0440 and reset the CEL.
2. It's on again in about 3 days.
3. I then replaced Canister Closed Valve VSV (part number 90910–12199). Reset CEL again.
4. After two weeks, it comes on with P0440 again.
