I have two codes p200 / p300 have rich condition muffler filling up with gas

I have two codes p0200 / p0300 these are causing a rich condition where gas coming out exhaust, plugs and boots replaced 2.4 chevy cavalier 1997 replaced  o2 sensors replaced spark plugs and coil packs replaced fuel filter. HELP!

This code is for the fuel injector, if the engine is filling with fuel the only fix is replace the fuel injector
