Can you fix solenoid P0751 ford fusion 06 from inside the car ?

Someone told me it is posible to fix the shift P0751 from the inside of the car by unplugin and pluging

P0751 Shift solenoid A

The shift solenoid are inside the transmission valve body,the fix is to replace the shift solenoid , there is nothing in the car that you can plug or unplug that will allow a fix
