P2646 Honda -

Question

Engine seems to have no compression and will not start.  Code P2646 set along with two or three others.  Mainly that Rocker Arm Actuator control circuit is open. Have cleaned all screens and filters with no positive result.  How can this problem be rectified?

Check oil pressure at the oil pressure switch, this condition is capable of starving the cylinder head for oil ,
