P2302, p2320, p2308, p2314 dodge ram 5.7 liter

Question

I'm having  misfire  on spark plug or ignition coil 1 , 3 , 5 , 7
Truck  2004 dodge ram 1500 5.7 liter hemi with 229,500 miles
Truck ran good.  No issues but engine light is on.

Mechanical condition has to be ruled out, such as the compression, unfortunately this code tends to be a problem with the ECM
