P0641 5- volts reference  1 circuit

what P0641 is  the 5 volt reference  1circuit to certain component on its circuit,  circuit 1 are , as listed, Circuit 1 component are APP sensor, a/c pressure sensor, fuel tank pressure sensor , MAP sensor, EOP sensor, camshaft position sensor, If any of these sensor short to power  its reference voltage it would set a P0641, and a DTC for that component, For example a P2135 was set this was for a throttle body code where the vehicle went into a reduce power mode, there was another code and that was for a FTP sensor circuit low, the fix was just a FTP sensor , and not the throttle body, Just by experience and it may not apply to your vehicle , the EOP are usually the problem disconnect it and reset the code and check to see if P0641 reset, but you will set a EOP circuit high.
