The dealer quoted a price of roughly $5600.00 for the part and $300.00 for the labor.  I have searched high and low and can't find the part anywhere.

This part is known as a catalytic convertor bypass valve vacuum

You best way to get the replacement is to take the part out and get the number listed on the item then match it up
