2004 solara all dash lights come on transmission stops shifting

intermittient all lights on dash come on trans stops shifting . sometimes can stop put in park turn off ignition restart and it's fine sometimes that does not fix it . if it sits for a while it's fine may drive it 100 miles then it does it again

Transmission light , and the transmission stop shifting , this is a electrical  concern, a faulty ignition switch would cause this, or  a fault IG1 relay. Star with the IG1 relay replacement these relay had a update at one time.
