got code P0750. Shift Sol. A. What tests can i run BEFORE i get into my Transmission. like electrical tests and so on? Thanks. DonC

Many times when you have a shift solenoid code the issue is low or dirty transmission fluid. I would start with checking the level and if it's dirty have a transmission flush done. This could resolve the issue for you.
