I have spark from the sparkplug and power to the fuel injector. I swapped out the injector with one that is known to work. I still get this code.

P0353 Ignition coil C Primary / Circuit malfunction

This code is for the ignition coil what you need to do is find which coil is not firing. You can use a ignition analyzer or a scan tool with function test that supports misfire data,  That or go the long route and check the ignition coil connection, also inspect the ignition coil boot for any worn or burnt out boot where the secondary ignition is seeking ground. Also be aware that if di-electric lube is used not too much is applied to the sparkplugs.

 Here a worn sparkplug boot

The ignition coil , its connection has a locking mechanism if the connection can come out easily this would cause a P0353 or a P0350
