The code is for the throttle position sensor 2 high voltage. Basically the throttle body has 2 throttle position sensors. The 2 sensors work together to make sure they are both working. Sensor 2 in this case is showing to high a voltage when compared to sensor 1. The result is the code. In most cases this means the sensor itself has failed and will need to be replaced.
