i have a 1997 ford tk with the 4.6 ingit keeps poping up the code po401 so i put a new egr valev on the truck and its still giveing me the same code what alll do i need to check so i can fix this probien

Hi there,

Check the vacuum lines to the egr and the egr solenoid. Also, make sure the tube to the egr is not blocked or plugged up with carbon. If it is, clean it up with some carb cleaner and a coat hanger.
