P1122 Nissan - frontier 2005 also does not accelerate

Question

Would I have to flasher synchronizer to my truck in order for it to work or just install the new throttle body. I'm not sure they Mechanic trying to fool me with that one

P1122 Electronic throttle control function

You would have to replace the electronic throttle unit, and reflash the PCM or relearn the idle control using a scan tool for this
