P1800 2004 Nissan Maxima - typically how will my car run w this bad

My car ran very rough (shake) w a loss of power at 55, 60 mph but when i put the accelerator to the floor it would respond and wake the engine up. After letting the car sit it would be fine my codes were p1800 p0345 p0011. Lookn for some support and advice. Thanks

Start by checking the engine oil. Make sure the oil is clean and it has the correct oil weight (should be 5W-30 or 10W-30). If the oil is OK, then you may have a faulty Intake Valve Timing Control Solenoid Valve. Replacing the valve should take care of the P0345 and P0011 codes, and it may take care of the P1800 code as well.
