P1681 - 2005 ford focus new ignition installed unable to program key

Question

changed ignition due to lost key and when locksmith came out to program he received code saying "ECU not found" so he left without programming a key.  Then a buddy of mine came out with scanner and codes read B2103, P1000, P1397, and B1681. What am I doing wrong?

B2103 Antenna not connected

The antenna for the for the transceiver is broken, this happens , right at the key area, you probably be able to solder the wire if enough is left over,  Repairing this on a Ford Focus and the Fusion could turn into a full time business.
