Honda accord 98-Fuel tank preassure sensor- how can i check it

Is there trobleshooting procedure to see if my fuel tank pressure sensor is working ? I do not have honda pgm tester. All I have is BAFX obd2 scan and volt metar. Code P1456 is driving me creazy. I replaced everithing. (evap by pass solenoid,two way valve,canister,canister vent shoot valve solenoid, purge control solenoid valve.Only two thing that i have not replaced yet is this fuel tank pressure sensor and ORVR valve. Neither the volt meter or the scan tool is going to work, You do not really need a Honda PGM scan tool but a scan tool that can read Honda evap system. and a hand pump. You are ight on tract with the FTP and the ORVR valve. This is the most difficult code to trouble shoot, most tech just replace the FTP as a starting point.
