I had received the code P0084 from my check engine light being on a month ago and had them reset the light.  The light is back on.  What could happen or how long can I go before actually replacing the Exhaust Valve Timing Control?

Hi there,

I would start by checking the engine oil. If it's low, this can trigger this code. If it's good, then have the problem resolved as soon as possible. Here's some more info for you.
