Hi there,

The P1274 code indicates that there is an issue with the fuel mixture on bank 1. This could be caused by the AF sensor 1 bank 1 or a possible issue with low fuel pressure or a leaking fuel injector.

This can also cause the P0300 code which is a code for a multiple cylinder misfire. If that bank is running rich it could cause multiple misfires.
