Engine stalls and restart, the idle has to be set at a certain RPM. Low idle will definitely stall the engine, and because you can restart, this is a low idle event. the idle is control by the idle speed actuator if the idle speed is too low in gear more inspection of  the idle speed actuator will be needed.
