2007 Kia optima 2.0L with engine code P2159. What is the problem?

The check engine light is on, and ABS light is on and the ABC doesn't work. device read p2159 code. What is the problem? please help me

P2159 Vehicle speed sensor "B"  Range  / Performance

The vehicle speed sensor for the ECM is at the right front, without this VSS there will be no ABS . the ECM uses this for the ABS system. The fix is replace the right front wheel speed sensor.
